  • Bouncefit Studios shall be under no obligation to offer any extensions, suspensions, or transfers for any reason where no valid medical proof are provided

  • No extensions will be allowed other than cases with medical proof provided

  • No reminders will be sent for your bookings

  • No credit reinstatement will be offered where no valid medical proof is provided

  • Booking spot may be released to other members without prior notice should you be more than 10mins late for class
