Bouncefit® Safety Standards

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected us in many ways including the way we live, work and play. We have put in place rigorous guidelines and safety protocols so that everyone can enjoy our favourite workout as safely as possible.

 

 

Checking-In

​

  • we will only admit members 5 mins before class to avoid unnecessary mingling and social interactions

  • Members will have to follow clear Q-markers and observe safe distancing between individuals while queueing for check-in

  • No inter-mingling between groups are allowed at all times

  • It is mandatory to complete your SafeEntry before entering our premises

  • Temperature screening is compulsory

  • Members are required sanitize their hands before entering the studio

  • Mask will have to be worn at all times when not working out

Studio Hygiene

​

  • All equipment are disinfected with MOH approved list of cleaning products on a regular basis

  • As an added precaution, all members are provided with a sanitizing wipe to wipe down their own trampoline and equipment before class

  • We disinfect all frequent touch-points before and after classes

  • On a monthly basis, we apply ClearCabin by PreventX, a bacteria-repelling coating on all our equipment and surfaces as an added protection against germs & viruses

General safety

​

  • We observe all MOH safe-distancing guidelines for equipment placement and allocation

  • Members are required to vacate the premises within 10mins after class to avoid mingling and social gatherings

  • To reduce contact, we do not accept any cash payments or transactions over the counter anymore. All purchases and renewals can be done via your mobile devices

 

There will be strictly no waiting for friends/family members allowed within our studio premises as we adhere strictly to the capacity guidelines within our premises.

Terms & Policies

Includes Personal Data Protection Policy

By accessing and using the services of Kulture Studios Pte. Ltd. (the studio) and Kulture.com.sg (the website) you fully agree with and shall be bound by the Terms & Policy stated herewith. If you disagree to these stated terms, you are free to terminate the use of our website or our services at any time. As the studio reserves its rights to amend and update its Terms & Policy without prior notice, we recommend that you check this space regularly for updates.

 

All visitors, users and participants shall agree and comply with the following: 

 

 

General Studio Policy

 

  • All courses and packages are subjected to its own course-specific terms & conditions provided upon purchase

  • Our terms & conditions are readily available upon request, the studio and its management is under no obligation to change or alter its policies to suit the circumstances of any participant.

  • All participants are participating at their own risk and are fully in control in accessing their own fitness level for every class.

  • Dancing & Fitness is physical activity – you participate at your own risk and it is your responsibility to consult your doctor (or any medical institutions) to confirm your fitness capabilities before attending any class at our studio. A doctors’ note may be required to begin a class if you have special physical concerns, or return to activity after an absence from class due to injury, illness, or during pregnancy. It is your responsibility to highlight to your instructor any physical limitations or concerns that you may have prior to class. The studio, management, its employees and partners shall not be liable for any injury, mishaps and accidents caused during or as a result of attending our classes.

  • Leave personal items only within the studio during class. The studio does not accept any liability for the loss and damage of your personal belongings. ​

  • Participants shall have to bear full costs for any damage of the studio's Property, and in such circumstances the studio shall not be liable for injury caused during such incidences.

  • The studio shall not be responsible for the care of children before or after classes. Parents have to take full responsibility of picking up and dropping off their children before and after classes. Additionally, the studio shall not be responsible for any injury caused by children playing within the studio premises with or without adult supervision.

  • Arriving late to class can be disruptive to other students, distracting to the focus of a learning atmosphere and can inconvenient other participants. If you arrive later than 15 minutes past the start time of class, the studio and its instructors may avail your spot to other participants or request for you to only join in again at an appropriate interval.

  • No food or drinks are allowed during class or during breaks inside the studio.

  • Smoking and pets are prohibited on the studio's premises as prescribed by local laws.

  • Proper and clean attire is expected for all participants. Do not attend a class with dirty footwear or inappropriate attire like slippers or suggestive clothing. 

  • We are thrilled to meet the many diverse personalities that join our studio and truly believe that every individual’s personality should be allowed to shine. That being said, anyone who is expressing a difficult, overly negative, inappropriate or disruptive attitude will be dismissed from any class at any time at the instructor’s sole discretion.

  • The studio reserves the absolute rights and permission to film and document any classes or activities conducted at or via the studio, to be used for marketing and promotional distribution purposes.

Privacy Policy

The studio respects that personal information means a lot to our users. We value and respect the right to understand how information is received and used as website and studio. The studio uses and discloses your personal data for the purposes of providing products and services to you, to enhance your customer experience with us, to improve our products and services and to offer you rewards and promotions.

 

By interacting with us, submitting information to us, or signing up for any Products and Services offered by us, you agree and consent to the studio (including its related corporations and business units) (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives and/or agents (collectively referred to herein as "Kulture", "us", "we" or "our") collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner set forth in this Data Protection Policy.

 

This Data Protection Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to StarHub in respect of your Personal Data, and your consents herein are additional to any rights which to any of the Companies may have at law to collect, use or disclose your Personal Data.

 

 

1. Personal Data

 

1.1 In this Data Protection Policy, “Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access, including data in our records as may be updated from time to time.

1.2 Examples of such Personal Data you may provide to us include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us) your name, NRIC, passport or other identification number, telephone number(s), mailing address, email address, network data and any other information relating to any individuals which you have provided us in any forms you may have submitted to us, or via other forms of interaction with you.

2.1 Generally, we collect Personal Data in the following ways: (a) when you submit an application form or other forms relating to any of our Products and Services (defined below); (b) when you interact with our staff, for example, via telephone calls, letters, face-toface meetings and emails; (c) when you request that we contact you, be included in an email or other mailing list; (d) when you respond to our promotions, initiatives or to any request for additional Personal Data; (e) when you are contacted by, and respond to, our marketing representatives and staff; (f) when we receive references from business partners and third parties, for example, where you have been referred by them; (g) when we seek information from third parties about you in connection with the Products and Services you have applied for; and (h) when you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons.

 

2.2 When you browse our website, you generally do so anonymously but please see the section below on cookies. We do not at our website automatically collect Personal Data unless you provide such information or login with your account credentials.

 

2.3 If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (e.g. information of your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees), by submitting such information to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their Personal Data for the respective purposes.

(b) managing the administrative and business operations of the studio and complying with internal policies and procedures;

(d) resolving complaints and handling requests and enquiries;

(e) preventing, detecting and investigating crime and analyzing and managing commercial risks; (f) providing media announcements and responses;

(g) monitoring or recording phone calls and customer-facing interactions for quality assurance, employee training and performance evaluation and identity verification purposes;

(h) organising promotional events;

(i) legal purposes (including but not limited to obtaining legal advice and dispute resolution);

(j) conducting investigations relating to disputes, billing or fraud;

Sign ups

By signing up for a course or an account with the studio, you agree and consent that you will be receiving periodical newsletters and website updates by default.

 

 

Use of Website

You shall not transmit or undertake any actions that will disrupt, the website, servers or networks, including but not limited to viruses, corrupted files, or similar software programs that will damage the functioning of the website’s and another person’s computer software and hardware.

 

 

Commercial Use

You shall not make use of the website and its services for any commercial or advertising purposes unless with explicit written consent from the studio

 

 

Copyright, Intellectual Property

Content posted on the website by the studio is owned by the studio or used with permission and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, use, or retransmit anything from or for our site without our permission. The technology and the software underlying our sites and the Services is the property of the studio. You agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the technology or software underlying our sites or the Services. You agree not to modify the software underlying our sites in any manner or form or to use modified versions of such software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to our sites.

 

 

On Information use

By creating an account with us, you are granting the studio and the website access to personal information that you provide during sign-up. The studio is entitled to contact or send information to you via the your submitted email address. We may also keep all such correspondences for official records. Provision of additional information further from point of sign-up is entirely optional.

 

 

On Links & Traffic

All links and clickthrough habits via the website are being tabulated and monitored for user experience optimization purposes. Web traffic statistics including IP addresses are gathered whenever there is an interaction with the website. Such data is mandatory for troubleshooting and analysis for optimizing website performance.

 

 

On Cookies

The website uses ‘cookies’ to obtain additional website information from our users by default for monitoring user-behaviour. You are entitled to reject this process by altering your browser settings so that websites you visit can no longer obtain such information in future.

 

 

On Changes to Terms and Policies

The studio reserves the right to amend, add or withdraw contents in its Terms and policy as and when required, without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly check this space for updates.

 

 

Warranty Disclaimer

The studio provides the website and services “As Is” and without any warranty or condition, expressed, implied or statutory. The studio explicitly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, information accuracy, integration, interoperability or quiet enjoyment.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that you are using the website and its services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use. Under no circumstances shall the studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind or any other damages whatsoever that shall arise from negligence. Including but not limited to damages related to use, misuse, reliance on, inability of the side or services, damages incurred through any links provided on the website and the nonperformance thereof and damages resulting from loss of use, sales data, goodwill or profits, whether or not the studio has been advised of such possibility. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with the studio or its services shall be to terminate use of the website and its services.

First-Timers​

​

Q: I want to try a class, how can I do that?

​

A: We only offer 4 class trial pack at the moment. 

Step 1 - Purchase a trial here. Do read through all terms & conditions before making payment.

Step 2 - Fill in a mandatory indemnity form via your invoice/order confirmation email 

Step 3 - Wait for us to set up your booking account within 1 working day (excluding Sat & Sun) before you start booking for classes! You will be receiving an email from us!

Q: Can I book a class first and pay over the counter?

​

A: All bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis via our booking platforms. We are unable to take pre-bookings without payment, and your booking account must be created by us.

​

Q:  Are there any age or weight requirements to attend a Bouncefit® class?

​

A: Participants must be at least 18 years of age and below 100kg. 

​

Q:  I'm a complete beginner to this and I haven't been working out regularly. What classes should I go for?

​

A: We will recommend classes that are level 3 and below for first-timers. Having said that, you are welcome to join all levels (except Killer Burn) as long as you manage your own pace. It is absolutely fine to not follow the intensity of the instructor if you cannot keep up :) Find out more about our class types here.

Class Bookings​

​

Q:  When do you launch classes for bookings?

​

A: We launch bookings on a week-by-week basis, every Monday at 9pm.

​

​

Attending Classes​

​

* In view of the latest Covid-19 measures, only fully vaccinated (2 weeks after your 2 dose regimen) individuals are allowed to book and attend our classes. You are required to present your vaccination status upon check-in using the TraceTogether App, and complete your safe entry at our studio. Please note that a mask will have to be worn at all times when you are not working out. Additionally, gathering and mingling is strictly not allowed, and you will have to comply with all existing safe-distancing guidelines implemented by the studio.​

​

Q:  What do I wear or bring for a BounceFit® class?

​

A: Come in comfortable workout attire, and clean sports shoes. Do bring along a small fitness towel to wipe off as you'll be sweating buckets! We do not have water coolers at the studio but you may purchase drinks via the vending machine within our studio.

​

Q:  How early should I check-in for class?

​

A: Please only arrive 10mins before your stipulated class time to avoid crowding. Do note that you will not be allowed to attend the class if you are more than 10mins late (for the benefit of other members).

​

Q: Are there any showers at your studio?

​

A: ​Lockers are available for use and washrooms are also conveniently located just outside our studio.

​

 

Package & Booking Policies

 

Q:  Do I have to pay a membership fee when joining a package?

​

A: We do not charge any membership fee for joining or purchasing a package. 

​

Q:  I can't finish my package, can I request for an extension?

​

A: Extension of validity period is only considered for cases with valid medical conditions with proof provided. For all other cases, you can opt to bring forward the balance unused credits to a new package. 

​

Q: I've made a purchase for a package online, how do I proceed from here?

​

A: Once you made a package purchase, our team will reach out to you within 1 working day (excluding Sat & Sun) to set up your booking account or if you already have an App account, we will assist to activate your new package on the backend for you to start managing your bookings.

​

Q:  What's your cancellation policy?

​

A: Due to limited class capacity, all cancellations must be made before 8pm the day before your class. We will only offer credit reinstatement where valid medical proof is provided for absences.

​

Bounce Bingo

​

Q:  Where do I find my Bingo card?

​

A: As long as you have an account on our booking portal (kulture-tribe.com), you will be able to find your bingo card in the main page after logging in.

​

Q:  How do I play?

​

A:  Simply book and attend a studio or livestream class. You will only be able to mark off the Bingo code provided at the end of the class if you attended the class. the first to strike out a vertical or horizontal row, wins!

​

Q:  Can I attend back-to-back classes to increase my chances  to win?

​

A:  The game rule is such that you can only strike out one code per day. So even if you attend 2 classes, you will only be able to strike out one code. Having said that, you may still attend daily classes to stand a greater chance to win :)

​

Q:  If I forget to strike out the code can I do it the next day?

​

A:  There is a 24hours window to strike out the codes. So if you forget to do so the day before, you may still do it the next day as long as it's not over the 24hour period. We will always post the codes of the day on our IGstories in case you did not hear it in class.
